One of the fabulous things about life in the Pacific Northwest is pick-them-yourself blueberries! These little hummers are wonderful stirred into some plain Greek yogurt with a little drizzle of honey, or just eaten out of hand. Awesome blended with Vanilla Shakeology, a half-cup of water, 2 or 3 ice cubes, and a little milk (dairy, almond, coconut milk, whatever you like). Talk about a delicious and powerfully nutritious breakfast, and ready in seconds!
