Day 2 – Crunch Time

Today is the longest day of the year, the only one that is 25 hours long.  This is great news, because it means you have time to squeeze in a few crunches!  Now, stay with me – don’t touch that dial – you do not have to do these lying down.  I hate those kind of crunches too.  They always make my neck hurt.

You can do these anywhere.  There is no equipment involved, just make sure you are wearing something that will let you move freely.  Caution:  they may become addictive!  Get your spouse, kids, even the dog to play along.  Have fun with it!
